Give Outbound Access to Your Meta Ads
Add Outbound as a partner in Meta Business Settings so we can run your Facebook and Instagram ads — you stay the owner.
Once you have your Meta business portfolio and ad account, you add Outbound as a partner so we can build and manage your Facebook and Instagram ads. You stay the owner of everything — partner access can be removed any time, and we never take ownership of your account.
The short version: In your Meta Business Settings → Partners, add Outbound using our Business Portfolio ID below, then share your ad account, Meta Pixel, Facebook Page, and Instagram account with us.
Add Outbound as a partner
Open Business Settings → Partners, click Add, choose Give a partner access to your assets, and enter our Business Portfolio ID:
Meta's official walkthrough: Add partners to your business · Find your business portfolio ID
Only an admin can add a partner. If you set up the portfolio, that's you. If a teammate did, they'll need to do this step (or make you an admin first).
Share these assets with us
When Meta asks which assets to share, grant Outbound access to all four so we can run your ads end to end:
| Asset | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Ad account | To build, run, and optimize your campaigns. |
| Meta Pixel / dataset | To measure conversions and see what's actually working. |
| Facebook Page | Ads run from your Page, so your brand shows on every ad. |
| Instagram account | To run and manage your ads on Instagram. |
Give us a role that lets us manage each asset (not just view), so we can make the changes your campaigns need. Meta's guide: Give a partner access to business assets.
You stay in control
Adding a partner is not the same as giving away your account. Everything stays in your portfolio, under your ownership — you're simply letting us work inside it. You can review or remove our access at any time from Business Settings → Partners.

You'll need a Meta business portfolio and ad account before you can add us:
